You will have to ask Siemens for the user guide because the software has been acquired by them. When a user visits the official website, the script automatically redirects to the Siemens page. I recommend you do the same and visit the page and contact the developers. They will provide all the necessary information related obtaining the PDF file with the way you can use their application.
On the page you'll find email addresses and contact links. Use the email option first to get in touch.
Ultrapipe won't accept a date past 2010. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

That happens because there was no updated applied to the software to support the next years. I normally recommend downloading an update from the official website, but it's impossible to do so since it's developed by Siemens, and here things tend to complicate themselves because there is no download link and in most of the cases you have to purchase the software or have an active subscription or be a member of their community.
This application is not available for public use and besides that, there are no troubleshooting documents available. I have searched all the possible websites and the only way to obtain instructions on how to use the application is by getting in contact with the Tech Support. If you have the software installed, go to Help database as an alterantive until the company responds to your requests.
